Conferences 2011 November Edhelas has given a non-filmed conference (there remains only the slideshow). Download .pdf 2010 July Julien, from PostPro, has filmed the conference presented by Timothée Jaussoin (Edhelas) at Rencontres Mondiales du Logiciel Libre (Bordeaux from 6 to 11 july). It take place the friday, 9 july 2010 at 15h, at ENSEIRB.

ejabberd XMPP server set up

During set up, Movim will ask you a default XMPP server on which it will create new accounts. This page explains how to deploy ejabberd XMPP server (broadly used for Movim development purposes). You'll find ejabberd in most of mainstream Linux distributions repositories, thus you are able to install it by the package having the same name.

Movim runs on any web server with PHP, Curl and GD. The detailed requirements are: * PHP5.3 or greater with the following extensions: * Curl library * GD library * JSON * SimpleXML * MySQL * Pear * A web server: apache, lighttpd (Note that other web servers should work, with the possible exception of IIS, which hasn’t been tested.)
